QuerySpy Tool
QuerySpy is a unique LibAnswers tool - it shows the activity on your site in real time. You can see the questions your patrons are typing, even if they do not submit them. This valuable information enables you to gauge the areas of interest and then add these entries to your public knowledge base.
For example, using QuerySpy you can see where patrons are asking questions (referrer information), you can see their typed query (how they are phrasing the question) and you can see if their query resulted in a match the knowledge base! Detailed Real-Time System Statistics
LibAnswers provides a wealth of reports on every aspect of your system's usage. You can view the total number of questions in your system as well as the number of questions in each topic area, the total number of topics, and even the number of views for each public question. You can breakdown questions by where they originated (Twitter, LibAnswers widgets, SMS, etc.) as well as by monthly/hourly/daily reporting.
In addition, any report in LibAnswers can also be exported into Excel.
